The society is dedicated to the cultivation, study, conservation and enjoyment of orchids. Lists meetings, shows, a virtual show, including native orchids, a newsletter, FAQ and joining information.

The society informs the visitor of itself, its membership and its officers, gives a calendar of events, library, archives, unique planting conditions and a gallery of rhododendrons and azaleas. It also discusses hybrids and garden tours.
